Mr. Ngalim was the Chairperson, Peace and Security of the AU-ECOSOCC from 2014 to 2018. Ngalim is a Cameroonian; he obtained Master Degree in History and International Relations from University of Yaounde. He has undertaken courses/programs in areas such as development, leadership, human rights, peace building and arms issues.
He was appointed in 2014 as the United Nations Spokesperson for Africa 2015 MDGs Campaign for Cameroon. In 2005, Ngalim was Laureate of King Mohammed VI and United Nations continental award on youth led MDGs
Mr. Ngalim is currently the Cameroon’s Representative of the African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council (AI-ECOSOCC).
